You’ll find Jobsleap Consultancy over in Room 11 of the Praveen Srinidhi Mens Hostel, which is part of the Umagovind Complex on Pipeline Main Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a hostel and all, but it works for us right now. The Pipeline Road area in Bangalore is always buzzing with activity, and there’s a constant stream of bikes and buses passing by outside. Being in a mens hostel means there’s always someone around, and the energy is quite high. We spend our days talking to people about their careers and trying to find the right fits for different roles. It’s a lot of chatting and checking resumes in a small space. The room is pretty basic—just desks, chairs, and our computers. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy sign. Most people find us because they need help with work, and we just sit down and talk. The neighborhood has plenty of small shops and places to grab a quick chai or a plate of idli. It gets quite loud during peak hours, but you get used to the city sounds after a week or two. We appreciate being right in the middle of everything where the action is. It’s a no-frills kind of life here, focusing on the basics of what we do without any unnecessary stuff or polish.
