Usha P Amin is who you’ll find here at 257 A Main. We are in the 8th Block of Koromangala. It is one of those busy parts of Bangalore where something is always happening every single minute. The office for Jobs And Career is right in the middle of it all. We have been in this spot for a while. It’s not a very big place, just a few rooms with desks and chairs for the staff. People walk in and out all day long. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows, even when it is hot. Koromangala has changed so much since we first started. There used to be more trees, but now it’s mostly buildings and cars. Our address at 257 A Main is easy enough to find if you know the area. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just a regular office where we do our daily work. We drink a lot of tea and look at various papers. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We like being in the 8th Block because it feels like we are part of the local community. There are shops and small eateries all around us. We just keep things simple here. Every morning we open up, sweep the floor, and get started on whatever is waiting for us.
