Jobaccord

We are over in Lucknow, specifically in Mahanagar at Sector-A. The office is at C-76. It’s a typical neighborhood office setup in UP. Jobaccord has been running from this house-turned-office for some time. Mahanagar is a pretty established part of the city, so it’s easy to find. The building is just a regular house with some rooms converted into workspaces. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets for all the paperwork we deal with. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the AC is always running, and we drink a lot of water. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just talk across the rooms to get things done. Most of us live nearby, so there isn't much of a commute. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our samosas in the evening. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when school lets out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the job stuff and try to help people out when they come by. It’s a simple operation. No one is trying to be fancy. We just work hard and enjoy the local pace of life in Lucknow.
