Our office is on the 3rd floor at 18/1 Shanthi Nagar, right on 13 Cross. Job2Shine Mro Solutions Pvt Ltd is the name on the door but we are just a small group of people working together. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. The stairs are a good workout since we are up and down them all day long. We focus on MRO solutions, which basically means we stay busy with maintenance and repairs. It is not the kind of work that makes headlines but it is important to the people we help. We don't have a glossy reception area or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you will find us at our desks or middle of some project. Shanthi Nagar is a busy area and we like being right in the middle of it all. There is always something happening on 13 Cross. We have our routines and we stick to them. Sometimes we have to stay late to get a specific job finished but nobody really complains about it. We just grab some food from downstairs and keep going. It is a practical way to live. We don't use a lot of big words to explain our business. We just show up at 18/1 and do what needs doing. Every day is different here and we like that.
