We are over here at the 15th milestone in Gottigere, right on B.G. Road in Bangalore. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Most days, it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking through piles of resumes and trying to match people up with whatever roles come our way. The traffic on B.G. Road can get pretty loud during the rush hour, so we usually hear the horns honking while we are on the phone with candidates. We have been in this spot for a while now. It's a decent area, though finding parking near the building can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late in the morning. People stop by to drop off their papers or just to ask about what's available in the market. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just some chairs and a water dispenser that usually needs refilling. It’s mostly just about getting through the daily tasks and helping folks find a way into a new job. We don’t spend much time on decorating the walls or making things look corporate. If the computers are working and the internet is up, we are good to go. It’s a busy life here in Bangalore-83, and we just try to keep up with the pace of everything happening around us. It feels like there is always something to do, but we take it one step at a time.
