Job Sercher

We started Job Sercher a while ago here in Sheshadripuram. If you know the Nsiyenger Street area, we're right at number 23, sharing space with Ry Swamy. It is a busy part of Bangalore-20, and we see people coming in and out all day looking for work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office. We just try to help folks find what they need without making it complicated. Most of the time, we are just sitting at the desks making calls or checking through papers. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular room with a few chairs and some computers. People walk in, we talk to them, and we see if there is any opening that fits. Bangalore is getting bigger every day, so there is always someone looking. We stay pretty busy. If you are around this part of town, you might have seen our sign. It’s not much, but it’s where we do our thing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We've been at this address for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic on the street is loud, but we get used to it. That’s just how life is here in the city. We keep it simple. No big speeches or fancy promises, just work. Every day is a little different, but we mostly just stick to our routine.
