Job Outsource

We are located over in Basaveshwara Nagar, right near Dev Samaj College in Sector 45. Job Outsource is basically a small office where we try to help people find work and help businesses find help. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We see a lot of students from the college nearby looking for their first start. The office is at number 18, and it’s a pretty quiet street most of the time. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us sitting at desks handling resumes and talking to employers. It can be a bit stressful when someone really needs a job, but we just do our part. We aren't a massive agency with branches everywhere. We just know the local area well. Some days are filled with interviews, and other days we are just catching up on emails. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good when things line up for someone. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up and the office looks a bit messy. People usually find us by word of mouth or seeing our small sign. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just sit here and do the work. If you walk in, you’ll probably hear a lot of typing and the printer running. It’s a modest space, but it’s where everything happens for us. We just try to keep things moving along for everyone who walks through the door.
