Job Consultancy

The Job Consultancy place is over at No. 3 on 4th A Cross in Ashirwad Colony. We are right on Horamavu Road, not too far from the Banasvadi Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. It is a bit of a busy spot, especially with the ring road so close by. People are always coming in and out looking for work or asking about different positions. We have a lot of files and resumes sitting around on just about every flat surface you can find. It’s a small office, and it can get a bit crowded when we have a few people waiting at the same time. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just some desks, chairs, and the sound of the fans spinning overhead. We spend our days talking to people and trying to see where they might fit. It can be a bit stressful when things don't go as planned, but we just keep at it. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, so it’s easy to step out for a tea when we need a break. We’ve been here in Ashirwad Colony for a while, and most of the locals know where we are. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we try to help people find something that works for them. We take things as they come and try to stay organized. It helps that there is a bus stop nearby because a lot of the candidates use it to get to their interviews on time. We also have an old computer that takes a while to start.
