Job Accord India is based right here in Bangalore. We don’t have a massive complex, just a regular office space where we handle recruitment and job stuff. It gets pretty loud during the day with everyone on the phones talking to candidates and companies. Most of us have been in the city for years so we know how the job market moves around here. It isn't always smooth sailing. Some days the positions are hard to fill and other days we are buried in resumes. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity. We’re just a private limited company trying to make sense of the hiring world. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs. We don’t mind though because it feels like a real place to work. It's a lot of back and forth emails and checking on people’s experience. Bangalore is a big place but the professional circle feels small sometimes. We see the same names pop up. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No one here wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer just getting things done without all the extra fuss. It's a straightforward setup. We take the metro or our bikes to get in and then we start the daily grind of matching people with roles. We've been doing this for a while and we're used to the pace.
