We’re located over at B-12 in the HRBR Layout. Our shop is filled with all sorts of fabrics, cushions, and bits of furniture we’re working on. It’s a bit of a crowded space because there’s always something being moved or measured. You’ll usually find rolls of cloth leaning against the walls and swatches scattered across the main table. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We spend our days talking to people about what they want for their homes and trying to find the right materials that fit. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from all the fabric fibers, but that's part of the trade. We’ve been in HRBR Layout for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where you can see the work actually happening. Our team is small, just a few of us who know how to handle these materials. Sometimes we get a bit behind on orders when a specific fabric is out of stock, and we have to call around to find it. It’s not a perfect system, but we do our best with what we have. Most of our customers are from nearby, so we see a lot of familiar faces. It’s a decent way to earn a living, working with our hands and helping people fix up their houses.
