Jiva Ferro Limited

Our office is up on the fifth floor of Manish Towers. It’s number 84, quite close to JC Road. It’s a busy area of town with plenty of noise coming up from the street. We’ve got a view of the rooftops and the traffic from up here. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of talk about metal markets. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting around with the people from the other floors. It’s not a massive space, but it fits the few of us who handle the day-to-day operations. We deal with a lot of suppliers and transport companies over the phone. Most of our day is spent checking prices or following up on shipments. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that. People who come to see us are usually here for business meetings. It’s a bit of a climb if you don’t take the lift, but we’re used to it. JC Road is always packed, so getting in and out can be a chore during peak hours. We keep a small kitchen area for coffee and tea because the days can get long. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a focused group of us working in the metal trade. We just try to keep the orders moving and the paperwork straight. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We've seen many businesses come and go.
