Jbone4U Management Placement Companyh is run out of a place called Sumukha. It is at 322 7th Main, 11th Cross in the ISRO Layout part of Bangalore. This isn't some big anonymous firm in a high-rise. It is a more personal setup, and you can see that just by the address. Shwetha and the rest of us work here trying to help people find management roles. It is a lot of listening to what people want and seeing if we can find a match. The 11th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. We have our computers and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of who we've talked to. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have any polished marketing scripts. We just talk to folks like normal people. Most of our furniture is a bit older, but it's comfortable enough for a full day of work. We handle a lot of phone calls throughout the day. It’s a small operation where we handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the interviews.
