We are based at Plot No. 6 in the Puttaih Industrial Area, which is in Deepanjalinagar. It’s pretty convenient being near the Metro Station, as it makes it easier for the staff to get in and for people to find us. This place is an industrial unit through and through. We handle a lot of heavy material here, so there is always the sound of cranes or forklifts moving things around. Jayaswal Neco Industries is a big name, but here on the ground, it’s just us working the shifts. The industrial area can get quite dusty, and there’s a lot of traffic on the roads around the plot. We’ve got a system for how we move things through the facility, though it gets a bit messy when we’re extra busy. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to sound like we’re something we aren’t. It’s a factory environment. We wear our boots, we do the work, and we make sure the pieces are right before they go out. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it’s raining hard on the metal roof, but the work doesn't stop. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time. We know the machines and we know how the metal behaves. It’s just a solid, everyday job for us in Deepanjalinagar. We keep things moving as best we can and try to stay out of the way of the metro crowds.
