Jayaram Paying Guest House

Jayaram Paying Guest House is at 809/2 in Indira Nagar. It is a busy residential area where something is always happening on the street. Our house is a standard building that we converted so people could have a place to stay while they work in the city. Indira Nagar can be expensive, so we try to keep things simple and functional for our guests. We have rooms with basic cots and some shelves for clothes. The common area is where people usually hang out to watch the small TV or eat their dinner. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because people bring in a lot of mud when it rains. The water situation is okay, though we have to keep an eye on the tank during the summer months. Being at 809/2 puts us in a good spot for catching the bus or finding a cheap place to eat nearby. It is not a quiet place because of the neighbors and the traffic, but it feels like a real home for the people who live here. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who look after the place and collect the rent. Most of the people staying here stay for a long time, so we all know each other pretty well. It is just a regular house where people try to get along and save some money.
