If you are ever on Banneraghatta Road near Shanti Nagar, you might see our place. Jasper Telpal is located at number 8 in that area. This road is famous for the traffic, so we spend a lot of our time watching the cars crawl by outside the window. Shanti Nagar has a lot of movement, and being at number 8 puts us right in the thick of it. The shop itself is nothing too special to look at. We have our counters and our shelves, and we just keep things moving as best as we can. We deal with communication stuff mostly, helping people get their tech sorted out so they can get back to their lives. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else on the block. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the business. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students to older folks who are confused by their new phones. We try to explain things simply without using a lot of technical words that nobody understands. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even with the noise from the road. We’ve made this little corner of Banneraghatta Road our home for the business. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a real place where work gets done and we talk to our neighbors like regular people.
