You can find us at Chandra Nilayam on Ramaya Street in Bangalore. We are in the Kothur, Vijinapura area. It’s Door No. 181/1. The office is on Ex-Chairman Road, which sounds more important than it actually is. It’s just a regular street with a lot of houses and some small businesses like ours. Jasky Exports Pvt Ltd is run by a small group of us. We have a modest setup here. It’s not one of those high-tech Bangalore offices with bean bags and free snacks. We have sturdy tables and computers that have seen better days. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure everything is where it should be. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we try to get in early to beat the rush. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork for the next day. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they can. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we have a lot to do. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. It’s not a complicated life. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to shout about it. We’re just regular people working in a regular part of town, trying to get through the day's tasks and keep everything moving.
