Jakkas Party Organizers

Our office is right on Hsr Layout Main Road 91. It stays pretty loud outside with all the traffic passing by, but we’re used to it. Jakkas Party Organizers is basically just a small team of us trying to figure out how to make events happen without too much stress. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking lists. If you come by, you'll likely see a lot of boxes or leftover decorations from the last weekend. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We started doing this because we like the energy of it, even if the planning part involves a lot of boring logistics. HSR Layout is a busy area, which makes it easy for people to drop in and talk about what they need for their upcoming parties. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. It’s just us, some clipboards, and a lot of sticky notes. Usually, we’re out on-site more than we are at the desk. If the door is locked, we’re probably at a venue somewhere setting up chairs or checking sound systems. We try to be practical about things and tell people honestly what will work and what won't. It’s a lot of work, but seeing things come together is okay. We’ve been at 91 for a bit now and like being part of the local scene. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next job.
