The shop is located at 44 Sadar Patrappa Road, or SP Road as most people call it, and we also have a presence over at 114/1 Hill Road. If you have ever been to SP Road, you know it is absolutely packed with people looking for electronic parts and computer gear. Our space is pretty crowded because we keep a lot of inventory on hand, from hard drives and motherboards to all those tiny screws that everyone seems to lose. It’s a bit dusty and the aisles are narrow, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of the day is spent talking to people who have a broken laptop or need to build a new PC from scratch. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we really have to; we just try to explain what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. The staff here is good with their hands and they can take apart a computer in no time. Sometimes it gets really hectic when five people are asking questions at once, but we just handle them one by one. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know they can just drop in. It is a busy, messy, and honest way to make a living, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
