Jai Sri Balaji Creations

We are situated at number 19 on 2nd Main in Balaji Layout. It is right near the Hebbal Ring Road, so getting here is pretty straightforward even if the traffic is heavy in the evenings. Jai Sri Balaji Creations has been in this neighborhood for some time now. The building is a regular one, nothing fancy about the outside or the entrance. Inside, we have our workspace set up with all the things we need to get through the day. It’s often a bit of a mess with papers and materials lying around on the floor. I usually get here early to beat the heat before the sun gets too high. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a quiet spot compared to the noise on the main road. We have a few tables pushed together to make a large work surface for our projects. Sometimes we have to move everything just to find a pen that rolled away under a chair. My nephew helps out during his college breaks, mostly with moving the heavier boxes. We don't have any big corporate policies or handbooks; we just do what needs to get done each day. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but it still works fine to keep us cool. Most of our days are spent checking orders and talking to people who drop by for a chat. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. There is a small park nearby where I go for a walk. It’s just a normal workplace.
