We are J P G Telecom, and you can find us at number 130 in Prakash Nagar Phase VI. The shop is located in a spot that gets a decent amount of foot traffic. We mainly spend our time selling mobile phones and doing small repairs. It’s one of those places where the counter is always covered in different gadgets. We don’t have any fancy displays or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us working here. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small because we have so many boxes stacked up in the corner. We get all kinds of customers, from kids looking for a cheap cover to older folks who need help figuring out their new smartphone. We try to be useful and explain things in a way that makes sense. The area here in Phase VI is quite lively. We’ve got a couple of regular customers who stop by just to say hello even if they don’t need anything fixed. Our sign out front is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us okay. We don't really do much online stuff; we prefer just talking to people face to face. It’s a honest way to earn a living, and it keeps us busy from morning to night. We keep the shop open late because that's when most people have time to drop by after their shifts.
