Down at Chandpura 5th Cross, you’ll find J M J Tele Links. We’re in a small building that’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. It’s just a modest office where we handle telecommunications links and small-scale networking stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We spend our mornings checking the lines and making sure everything is connected right. There are wires and tools all over the place, which probably looks like a mess to anyone else, but it’s how we work. We don't have a big corporate sign or a flashy entrance. Usually, the door is just open to let some air in. People from the area stop by sometimes just to chat or ask about their connections. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and we like it because it’s quiet compared to the main roads. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families. Some days we have to go out on-site, so the office stays locked for a few hours. We don’t have a fancy answering service, just a regular landline that rings off the hook sometimes. It’s a simple life, really. We just keep our heads down, work on the links, and try to keep everything running smoothly for everyone who uses our services. It’s not much, but it’s our daily routine at the cross.
