J K N Steels Alloys

We spend most of our mornings out on the Yeshwantpur Thergaon Link Road just watching the lorries go by while we wait for the next load of steel and alloy to arrive. It gets pretty loud around 13/6, especially when the metal starts clanging against the pavement during unloading. J K N Steels Alloys is just a regular place where we deal with heavy stuff every day. Some days the dust from the road is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months working here. We have a small office where we keep the ledgers, but most of the work happens outside or in the shed. The sun hits the metal piles in the afternoon and makes the whole yard feel like an oven, so we usually take our tea break in whatever shade we can find between the stacks. My clothes are always stained with bits of rust or oil, and that is just how it goes in this line of work. We do not have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name and the stock we have on hand. People come by asking for specific sizes of alloy, and we go back there to see what is left in the pile. It is a lot of heavy lifting and sweating. Sometimes the truck drivers stay for a bit to chat about the traffic on the link road. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
