We are tucked away in the M M T Complex, specifically at G-F-6. Being on the ground floor is a huge help since we are always moving things in and out. The complex is on Gundupanth Street, which connects over to OTC Road. If you know that area, you know how hectic it can be. J J Agencies is right in the thick of that buzz. The M M T Complex is an older building, and G-F-6 has that lived-in feel to it. We’ve got stacks of ledgers and old pens rolling around the drawers. It is not a place for lounging; it’s a place for working. The noise from Gundupanth Street filters in all day—shouts, horns, and the sound of carts being pushed along. We don’t mind it much. It makes us feel like we are part of the trade happening all around OTC Road. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the agencies we deal with are happy. There is no polished lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. You just walk in and see us working. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a little, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We have been at G-F-6 for long enough that the place feels like a part of us. It is just how we do business.
