Our office is located at B 73 in the Yeshwantpur area. We are inside the Devraj Urs Truck Terminal, which is part of the 2nd Industrial Suburb. If you know where Kanteerava Studio is, we are right opposite that. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore. There are trucks coming in from all over the country at all hours. We handle transport jobs, mostly moving goods for local factories and shops. The office is just a small room in the terminal building where we keep our logbooks and the phone. It’s not a polished place. There is always a lot of dust and the sound of engines running nearby. We spend most of our time out on the platforms checking the loads and talking to the drivers. We’ve been in this business for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the long hours. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or marketing slogans. We just get the trucks loaded and make sure they have the right papers to clear the checkposts. Sometimes the traffic around Yeshwantpur is so bad it takes an hour just to get out of the terminal. We just take it as it comes. It’s a tough way to make a living but it keeps us busy. We have a few regular clients who have been using us for years. They know where to find us and they know we don't play games with the timing. It's just a regular transport office.
