Our office is located at 19, on the 29th Cross off Kilari Road. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town is usually buzzing with people and all sorts of trade. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time, focusing on manpower consultancy. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us here trying to help workers find their next role. The 560053 pin code is home to many small businesses like ours. We spend our mornings going through files and the afternoons meeting with people who need jobs. It gets a bit crowded in the office sometimes when a lot of candidates show up at once. We keep track of different companies that need help and see who fits best. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a desk for interviews and a place to store all the folders. Life on Kilari Road is never quiet, which suits us just fine because there is always something to do. We don't make big promises, we just look at the jobs available and try to get people hired. It is just a regular day-to-day business here.
