It Technical Recruiter

We've been at 3rd Cross in Srinivasanagar Bank Colony for a while now. Most people know the 12th Main area around here. It Technical Recruiter is basically just us trying to help folks find jobs in tech around Bangalore. It gets busy, especially with all the offices nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. Sometimes the office feels small when there are too many papers around. My desk is usually a bit of a disaster. People drop by sometimes to talk about their careers. It's not fancy, just a regular office space with a couple of computers and a lot of coffee. We mostly handle technical roles because that's what's in demand here. It’s hard work keeping up with all the new languages and frameworks. Bangalore moves fast. We try to keep things simple. If you're walking around the Bank Colony, you might see our sign. We've been in this building for some years. It’s a decent spot, quiet enough to get things done but close to the main roads. We don't do anything flashy. Just matching people with companies that need them. It's mostly about who knows what. Sometimes it works out great, other times it takes a bit longer to find the right person. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We're usually here from morning until the traffic gets bad in the evening. There is always someone looking for a better opportunity.
