It Recruitment Firm is based in a building called Nicholas Nest, which is located in Ejipura. We always tell people we are near the Chavara Church because it is the easiest landmark to find in this part of Bangalore. Ejipura is a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around, with lots of small streets and shops everywhere. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our time hunting for IT professionals. In a city like Bangalore, there is always someone looking for a coder or a developer, so the phones never really stop ringing. It gets a bit chaotic in here sometimes with all the talking and the sound of people typing. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy coffee machine; we usually just walk down the street to the local tea stall when we need a break. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs and see what’s going on in the neighborhood. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits and we don’t have big meetings about goals. We just focus on the lists of names and the requirements we have for the day. It’s a straightforward job, and being in Ejipura makes it feel like we are part of the real city, not just some corporate park.
