It Recruiter

Our office is tucked inside the Daily Bread Paying Guest building at House No.901. It is on the 7th Main, right near the 4th Cross in Indira Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how crazy the traffic gets in this part of town. We are right in the middle of it. Being an It Recruiter means we spend a massive amount of time on the phone or staring at computer screens. The space is a bit cramped because we share the building with people living in the PG, so there is always a mix of residents and workers coming and going. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We do not have a polished reception area or a big sign outside. Sometimes the smell of food from the kitchen downstairs wafts up while we are trying to conduct interviews. It is not perfect, but it is real. We spend our hours looking through resumes and trying to find people who actually know what they are doing. It is a tough job because everyone wants to work in Indira Nagar but nobody wants to deal with the commute. We drink a lot of chai from the stall around the corner just to keep our energy up. We are just a small team trying to make things work in a very busy city. Our desks are a bit messy and we often run out of printer ink at the worst times.
