It Recriuter

Our setup is in Maria Cottage, which is tucked away in HRBR Layout near Kalyan Nagar. We work as IT recruiters, but we don't have one of those big, shiny offices you see in the tech parks. It’s a much more relaxed environment here in a residential building. Most of our day is spent on the computer, looking for people who can fill roles at various tech companies around Bangalore. It’s a lot of searching and sending out messages. Kalyan Nagar is a nice part of town, and we like being based here because it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. The office itself is just a few desks and chairs. We don't have a big staff or a fancy coffee machine. Usually, it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Sometimes candidates come by for a chat, but it's mostly handled online these days. We’ve had to deal with the usual Bangalore problems like power cuts and slow internet, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized with our spreadsheets and emails. It’s a pretty simple operation and we like it that way. No big speeches or polished presentations, just a bunch of people working from a cottage in a quiet layout.
