You can find us at No- 48 on the 6th Main in Sakkambari Nagar. We are actually upstairs, so you have to look for the stairs when you arrive. This place is part of G.N. Murthy’s building. It’s a nice area in JP Nagar 1st Phase, fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We focus on IT placements, which basically means we talk to tech people all day. We’ve got a small space here with enough room for our computers and a few chairs for visitors. It isn't a massive call center. It’s more of a personal setup where we can actually focus on the people we’re talking to. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of stuff. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address. Most of the time, we’re just busy on the phone or checking through piles of applications. It gets a little warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. We’ve been doing this for a while from this same spot. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile business park. You see the same neighbors every day. We don't use any complicated systems, just simple lists and a lot of talking. It works for us. We just try to get the right person into the right seat without making a big fuss about it.
