It Company(Small Sized)

We are just a small group of people working out of Bangalore. It’s a busy city, as everyone knows, and we are just one tiny part of it. We don't have a huge office with a gym or a cafeteria. Our space is just enough for our desks and a small pantry where the coffee machine sits and occasionally leaks. We do IT work, mostly fixing things or helping with software. It's not glamorous at all. Some days are slow and we just chat about the weekend, other days are a bit of a rush when something breaks for a client and we have to scramble. We like being small because we actually know each other. You aren't just a number here. We move around the city a lot, dealing with traffic like everyone else who lives in Bangalore. The city has changed so much since we started. There are more buildings now and it gets crowded, especially during the rains. But we stayed because this is where the work is and we like the vibe. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do a good job and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late if a project needs it, but we try not to make it a habit. It’s just a normal job with normal people. We handle computers and code. Nothing more to it, really.
