Iris Consulting

Iris Consulting is over in Kammanahalli, near St. Thomas Town Post. Our address is 100, Grapes Garden. It sounds like a nice place, and it’s actually a pretty decent spot to work most days. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings in a tech park. We're more of a local setup. We do consulting work, which basically means people come to us when they have a problem they can't solve on their own. We sit down, listen to them, and try to offer some practical advice based on what we've learned over the years. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of thinking. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and find one of us. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to get things done. We’ve been here in Bangalore for some time now. We like the area because it’s got good places to eat and it’s easy for people to find us. We don't make big promises. We just look at the facts and tell it like it is. Most of the day is spent on the phone or writing up reports. It’s a steady pace for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to be useful to the people who walk through our door. It's just simple consulting done by regular people who know the business.
