You can find Ipeopleindia over in Girinagar 2nd Phase. We are situated on 1st G Main Road, specifically at door number 946/1122. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work feel a bit more comfortable than being in a giant tech park. We've been doing this for a bit now, focusing on people and how they fit into jobs. It’s a lot of talking to folks and trying to understand what they are looking for in their careers. Some days we have people dropping by without appointments, and we try to make time for them if we can. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. Bangalore is a big city, but Girinagar has its own pace that we really appreciate. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate speeches or complicated processes that nobody understands. We just look at the resumes, talk to the companies, and see if there is a match. Sometimes it’s a quick process, and other times it takes forever. That’s just the nature of the business. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to when things get hectic. You might hear the local street noises while you’re here, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to help other people find their way in the job market. It's honest work.
