Iol Netcom Limited

Our office for Iol Netcom Limited is tucked away in Muthyalamma Nagar in Bangalore. We are at No. 545, which is Sree Laxmi Nivas on the 2nd Main. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. The building is an old house style, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We have a few rooms set up with our networking gear and computers. It’s a nice change from the glass towers in Whitefield. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors know us. We don’t have a canteen, so most of us bring lunch boxes from home. We sit on the balcony sometimes when the weather is nice, which is often in Bangalore. The 2nd Main road is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you have a car. But the area is peaceful. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a small group just trying to keep the internet and tech stuff running smoothly for our clients. There’s no marketing team here writing fancy slogans. We just write down what needs to be done on a whiteboard and get to it. It’s straightforward. We prefer it this way because there’s less drama. Just work, some coffee, and then heading home before the traffic gets too bad. It is a very simple and practical way of working.
