International Placement Consultants

Our office is tucked away in Koramangala, specifically in the Silver Point Market area. It’s right near Char Rasta on Bhatar Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets around lunch time. International Placement Consultants is the name on the board, but to us, it’s just the place where we look at resumes all day long. The office is on a busy floor and the sounds from the market downstairs always drift up through the windows. We’ve got a few computers that are a bit slow and a printer that jams whenever we are in a hurry. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to help people find work. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the weekend. Other days, the lobby area is full of people waiting to talk to us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. The Silver Point Market has everything you need, so we usually go out for snacks in the afternoon. Bhatar Road is always dug up or under construction, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge depending on the day. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs help with their career. It’s honest work and we don’t make a big fuss about things or pretend we are bigger than we are.
