Our place is a bit out of the way compared to the main city center. We are located at Survey No. 32, No. 469, in Jakkasandra Village, which falls under Nelamangala Taluk in the Bangalore Rural area. To get here, you have to take the road towards Sondekoppa. It’s a bit of a drive, but we like the space we have out here. Being a division of Biesse Manufacturing means we have a fair amount of work going on at any given time. The landscape around here is still somewhat rural, so you see more trees than skyscrapers, which is a nice change of pace. The facility itself is quite large because we need the room for the manufacturing side of things. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor or in the small office areas tucked away in the building. It can get quite dusty, and the machines make a steady rhythm that you just get used to after a few days. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just people in work clothes getting things done. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and talk about how the day is going. The commute from Bangalore can be tiring because of the traffic on the highway, but once we are here, we just settle into the routine of the village life and the factory work. It is quiet and productive.
