Our place, Intec D M L S Company, is situated at 54, 3rd Main Road, right in the heart of Peenya Industrial Area Phase IV. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a place of heavy machines, big trucks, and a lot of grease. Our building is right in the thick of it. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for looks. We have the usual industrial sounds as a backdrop every day—the hum of machines from neighboring units and the sound of loading and unloading. Inside, we’ve got our equipment set up on the ground floor because it’s too heavy for anything else. The walls are a bit stained and the floor has some marks from moving heavy stuff around, but that shows we’re actually working. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some big fans that help a bit. We don't really do much in the way of fancy office decor. There are some metal shelves for tools and a couple of desks for the paperwork. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the technical side of things. We’ve been in Phase IV for quite a stretch now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. It’s a tough, busy place, but it’s where we belong.
