Inspiring Andhra Flavours

We are located on Banneraghatta Road, specifically at Azad Road 204. It’s a bit of a trek for some people because the traffic around here is always a mess. Inspiring Andhra Flavours is basically just a kitchen and a few tables. We wanted to bring the kind of food we grew up with in Andhra to this part of the city. The spices we use are quite strong and you can usually smell them from the street before you even walk in. The staff here is mostly family and a few friends who needed work. We spend a lot of time chopping onions and grinding up the masalas by hand because that’s the way it was done back home. The place isn't very large and sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work perfectly when it's really hot outside. We just deal with it. People come in for a quick meal and then head back to their jobs. We don't do anything fancy with the plates or the presentation. It’s just food on a plate. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a busy life on Banneraghatta Road but it keeps us going. We try to make sure there is enough food for everyone who shows up before we run out of the daily specials.
