Insearch Consultancy is up on the second floor at number 7 in the Aqua Fort Apartments. It's right on Kensington Road, which gives us a nice view of Ulsoor Lake if you look out the right window. Bangalore can be very fast, but being near the water makes it feel a bit calmer. We run a consultancy here. It's mostly about researching things and giving advice to people who ask for it. The apartment is actually quite a decent place to work from. It doesn't feel like a cold office building. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of Kensington Road. There is always someone walking by the lake. Our work is pretty quiet. We sit at our desks, do our research, and type up what we find. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. The second floor is nice because we are away from the street noise. It's a simple setup with a few computers and some bookshelves. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just like doing our work in this part of Bangalore and keeping things manageable for our small team. We usually wrap things up by six and head out into the evening traffic.
