You can find INITIUM INCUBATION AND MENTORING CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED on the ground floor of NO. 6, 1st Main 2nd Cross in Chandra Layout. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without worrying about elevators. We spend our time here mentoring people and helping new ideas get off the ground through incubation. It sounds like a lot, but mostly it involves sitting around a table and talking through problems. We have a lot of notebooks and whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. The office has a very relaxed vibe, not like those stiff corporate places in the tech parks. We’re in Bangalore, so of course, there’s always noise from the street, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We don't have a formal dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of thinking and talking. Our goal is just to be a useful resource for the people who come to us. We’ve had all sorts of folks through these doors, each with a different plan they’re trying to figure out. It’s interesting work, even if the air conditioning is a bit temperamental sometimes. We just keep at it, day by day, right here in Chandra Layout, making sure the people we mentor feel supported in their own journeys without all the corporate fluff.
