Inis Bpo

Inis Bpo. We are located in Bilekahalli, right on Bannerghatta Road. It’s a bit of a landmark being above the Indian Overseas Bank. Working in a BPO means we spend a lot of time on the phones and computers. It can get pretty noisy in here when everyone is talking at once. The traffic on Bannerghatta Road is always a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We handle different tasks for other companies, things they don't have time to do themselves. Our office is functional. We have rows of desks and headsets. It’s not a place for lounging around. We have a small tea corner where we take breaks. Sometimes the bank downstairs is very crowded and the stairs get blocked, but we make it work. We aren't some high-tech startup with bean bags and free snacks. We just provide a service and try to keep things moving so the clients don't complain. Most of the staff live nearby in South Bangalore. It’s a mix of younger kids and a few older folks who manage things. We don't have a fancy website or anything. We just focus on the calls and the data entry work we have to finish by the end of the shift. It’s a steady job for all of us and it keeps the bills paid. We usually order food in when it rains outside.
