Ing Vysya

We are based over in Mothinagar. Our branch is a regular part of the neighborhood here. Most of the people who come in are locals who have been living in the area for a long time. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their errands done. We have a few desks and counters where we handle the daily paperwork. It’s nothing out of the ordinary. We spend our time counting, checking documents, and talking to people about their accounts. Mothinagar is a lively spot with a lot of shops around us. We can hear the street noise throughout the day. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit crowded when a lot of people show up at once. We just try to keep the line moving and help everyone out. Sometimes the computers are slow or there is a problem with the forms, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be a big fancy corporate headquarters. We are just a local branch where people come to take care of their money. Most of the staff here has been around for a few years, so we know many of the faces that walk through the door. It is a steady kind of work. We just show up, do the books, and help the neighbors with whatever they need. It’s a simple way to work.
