Infovision Call Centre

You can find us at M-42 in Visveshwariah Nagar. We are right on the 1st Cross, near the Arabic College Post in Bangalore. This part of town is always moving. We run a call centre here. It gets noisy with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The first floor is where all the action happens. Karnataka weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open when the AC is acting up. We have rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It’s not the most modern setup but it works. People start their shifts early and some stay quite late. We handle calls for all kinds of things. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which is frustrating. We aren't a massive corporate place. It’s more of a local operation. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for us. We just try to help the people on the other end of the line as best as we can. Being near the college means there are always students walking around. We have a small break area where we drink way too much coffee. It’s a basic life here at Infovision. We just keep the headsets on and talk to people all day long until the shift ends and we go home.
