Infosysbpo Ltd.

We are at the Infosysbpo Ltd. office on the first floor of building 248. It’s right on 6th Cross, 5th Main in Venkatapura. Most people know this as the Koramangala I Block area in Bangalore. It’s a very popular part of town. Our office isn’t the main headquarters, just this specific branch. We spend our shifts handling back-office tasks and business processes. It can be repetitive work, sitting at the computers for hours, but it’s a living. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking. We have our routines. We get in, grab some water or tea, and start going through the queues. Being in Koramangala is nice because there’s always something happening outside once we finish work. The address has some weird characters in the records sometimes, like those symbols after "Bangalore," but we just know it as our spot in the 560 034 area. It’s a big company, sure, but in this specific office, we’re just a team trying to get through the daily workload without too many errors. We don’t have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just process the data, answer the queries, and keep things moving for the clients. It’s a lot of screen time and a lot of lists. We’ve been here at building 248 for a while, and we’ve seen plenty of people come and go.
