Our location is a bit unique because we are C/O K. Sundarappa over on Swasthik Road Cross. We are right near Kiddy’s Play House in Shanthinagar, which makes it easy to find if you are in the area. Being in Bangalore 27, we are right in the middle of everything that happens in the city. This office for Infosys Bpo Ltd isn't some giant glass tower. It’s more of a local setup where we handle the back-office work that keeps things running behind the scenes. It can get pretty loud outside with the kids playing nearby and the general city noise coming from the street. Inside, we are usually just focused on our screens and headsets for most of the day. The office is a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but it serves its purpose well for the team. We have a lot of paperwork and digital files to manage every single day. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just want to get through the queue of tasks we have. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces trying to learn the ropes. We all just try to help each other out when the workload gets heavy. It’s a straightforward place to work. We don't have many meetings that aren't strictly necessary. We just do the work, have our lunch, and finish up the day.
