Indusfila also has a presence over in R.T. Nagar, specifically at No. 12, 557 Chinnapa Layout, on the 2nd Main Road in Dinnur. This location is a bit deeper into the neighborhood. It’s a busy little area with lots of small shops and houses all mixed together. We work out of this space, and it gets quite cramped sometimes with all the materials we have to store. We’ve had to get creative with how we stack things to make sure there’s enough room for everyone to move around. The 560032 area is where we do a lot of our local work. Most of the people who work here live close by, so they walk or take a short scooter ride to get in. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us. We spend the day checking the filament counts and making sure the rolls are wound correctly. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We often have tea breaks together where we talk about the local cricket matches or how the weather is changing. We like the community feel of R.T. Nagar. It feels like a real place, not like those shiny glass buildings you see in other parts of Bangalore. We’ve been in this layout for a good amount of time, and we plan to stay. It’s a simple operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with every day.
