Working in the Peenya Industrial Area means you get used to the noise of machines pretty fast. We are over at 549/A on the Pune Nagar Road side, in Priyankanagari. Indotesh Tooling Pvt Ltd is a place where we get our hands dirty. There is usually oil on the floor and the sound of metal hitting metal. We make tools and parts that other businesses need. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in overalls most of the day. The industrial area is always busy with trucks and vans moving stuff around. We have some old lathes and milling machines that have seen better days but they still work fine. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon trying to get it back up. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just do the work and people find us through word of mouth. It’s a practical way to run things. The air is thick with the smell of coolant and cut steel. We take our breaks on the small bench outside when the sun isn't too hot. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the parts we make are the right size and go out on time. That’s what matters at the end of the shift. We just stay at it until the job is done.
