Indo Farm Equipment Ltd. is located over in Rr Nagar. It is a big space because we have a lot of large machinery and equipment that takes up room. When you walk into the yard, you will see rows of different tools and machines parked there. Some are new and some have been there for a bit. We spend a lot of our time out in the yard, checking on things or moving them around with the crane. It can be a very noisy place with the sound of engines and metal hitting metal. The office is just a small building on the side where we keep the files and the phone. It is usually pretty dusty because of all the movement outside. We wear boots and heavy clothes because it is a practical kind of job. We don't have any fancy carpets or air conditioning in the main areas. It is just a workspace for people who know about farming and heavy gear. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just wait for the orders to come in and then we get the equipment ready to go. The sun hits the metal roofs in the afternoon and makes it quite hot, but we just keep at it until the day is done. That is how things go here in Rr Nagar for us.
