Indicorp Hospitality Services

Our office is located at 700 BTM Layout, not far from Dharmam College. We work in hospitality, which basically means we manage places and help out with services for guests. It could be anything from looking after a property to making sure the staff are doing what they should. BTM is a crowded place, so there’s always something going on around the office. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small team trying to keep things organized. We spend our days on the phone or out visiting the different sites we look after. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people are happy with where they are staying. Sometimes things go wrong, like a guest having a complaint or a maintenance issue popping up out of nowhere, and we have to fix it fast. We don't use big words or fancy promises, we just try to do the work properly. We’ve been in this area for a few years and have gotten to know the local rhythms. It’s a practical business, really. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to be reliable for the people who use our services. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work we have in front of us.
