You can find us at number 16 on Ramakrishna Mutt Road in Ulsoor. We are right opposite the police quarters, so it is a very easy landmark to give people. The area is usually quite busy, especially with the temple nearby. We have been at this location for a long time, and the building has that lived-in feel to it. It’s not a high-tech office with fancy gadgets everywhere. Most of our space is filled with computer parts, cables, and old monitors. We do a lot of hardware work and sales here. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of shipments coming in, but we manage. The staff is just a few local guys who know their way around a motherboard. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone hunched over a desk with a screwdriver. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We like being in Ulsoor because it’s a neighborhood where everyone knows each other. Some days we just sit out front for a bit when it’s quiet. We don’t really do big marketing pushes or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking past on the road. It’s just a straightforward computer shop and office doing its thing, day in and day out, handling whatever repairs come through the door.
